Can I place my order online?

With the amount of options and customizations available, our best service is provided in store. Contact us today to set up an appointment or stop in during regular business hours.

What is the turnaround time for getting a custom trophy or award?

While there are multiple factors that affect turnaround time, most orders are ready within 10 business days. We ask for orders to be placed at least two weeks before your due date. The more time we have, the more options you have.

Can we ship your order to you?

We do not typically ship. However, certain items and small orders can be shipped if necessary.

Do we do rush orders?

No, rush orders are not available. But, we’ll work with you to get what you need as quickly as possible.

Do we take old trophies?

No, we do not take old trophies.

Do we engrave on personal items such as jewelry and keepsakes?

No, we only engrave on the items we make and sell at our store.

Do we offer items such as coffee cups, picture frames, keychains, etc.?

No, our focus is on traditional trophies, medals, plaques, and awards.

Why don’t we answer the phone?

We are very busy shop and the phone just slows us down. Email is the best way to reach us. New jobs typically require personal service. For that, we recommend stopping in to our showroom where you can see all the options available and ask any questions.
